The GEOSILKROAD Company has successfully designed a multi-storey residential building in Mukhiani. On the first floor there has been arranged a single-room apartment and on the second and third floors – duplex apartment. In the front part of the building there is a tower that completes the exposition of the building. The house is designed in the historical (old, Georgian) style, with decorative wooden balconies and a gallery.
The project site is bordered by residential buildings from the east and west, a highway and a church from the south, and private houses from the north. The place was differed by the absence of residential buildings, but in the mentioned building designed, apartments are now available for both short-term and long-term visits.
